Terms of Use

The service

Solane is a mobile application that helps you build vision boards from your own photos and guides a daily visualization ritual, along with a Manifest List and an optional community feed. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and Solane ("we", "us") governing your use of Solane. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions and payment

Solane offers the following auto renewable subscription plans:

• Solane Weekly - $4.99 per week
• Solane Monthly - $9.99 per month
• Solane Yearly - $39.99 per year

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless auto renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.

Managing and cancelling

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device account settings:

• iOS: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then select Solane and choose Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play app, then Profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then select Solane and tap Cancel.

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds except where required by the Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies, or where required by applicable law. Refund requests for App Store or Google Play purchases should be made directly through Apple or Google.

User generated content

If you post to the community feed, the following rules apply:

• No harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse of other users.
• No nudity or sexually explicit content.
• No spam, scams, or unsolicited promotion.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. By posting content to Solane, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to display that content within the app to other users, for as long as the content remains posted.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Solane only for its intended purpose and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its infrastructure. You are responsible for the photos and content you upload, and confirm you have the right to use them.

Disclaimer

Solane is a wellness and lifestyle tool intended to support reflection and personal clarity through vision boards and a daily visualization practice. Solane does not guarantee any personal, financial, health, or life outcome. Results of any kind depend entirely on your own actions and circumstances, and nothing in the app should be understood as a promise of a specific result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solane is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Solane. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
