How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device account, not inside Solane directly.

  • iOS: Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Solane, then tap Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: Open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, tap Payments and subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, select Solane, then tap Cancel.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Solane, go to Profile, then Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app, or by emailing us if you no longer have access. Full steps are on our account deletion page.

How do I report a post in the community?

Open the post in the community feed, tap the report icon in the top corner of the post, choose a reason, and tap Submit. Our team reviews reports and takes action on content that violates our Terms of Use.
