Delete your account
You can delete your Solane account and data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
In the app
Open Solane, go to Profile, then Settings, then tap Delete Account. This is immediate and permanent, and does not require contacting support.
By email
If you no longer have access to the app, contact us with the subject line "Delete my account" from the email address associated with your account, if you linked one. We will confirm your identity and process the deletion.
What deletion removes
- Your account, whether anonymous or linked to an email.
- All vision boards you have created.
- Photos you uploaded for your boards.
- Posts and images you shared to the community feed.
- Your app settings and preferences.
Deletion is processed within 30 days of your request.
Active subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google and must be cancelled separately:
- iOS: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then select Solane and choose Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play app, then Profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then select Solane and tap Cancel.
We recommend cancelling your subscription before or immediately after deleting your account to avoid further charges.
